Name: Overland Fixed Stock
Description: We start with a Romanian "G" model "hand selected" numbers matching parts kit. This semi-automatic 7.62X39 AK-47 includes a chromed lined barrel with little or no use. The heart of this rifle is built on a NODAK SPUD/DCI(USA) stamped double stack 1.0 mm receiver. Finish is GUN-KOTE Matte Black. The rifle includes a Tapco(USA)G2 fire control group with an improved trigger pull(3-4lbs) along with a Red Star Arms(USA) axis pin retaining plate, a Buffer Technologies(USA) spring buffer. The wood furniture from the original gun, including the original front hand guard, is removed, stripped and refinished with several coats(usually 4-6) of MINIWAX Spar Urethane clear gloss. Utilizing the original stock allows the use of the storage compartment in the end of the butt stock for storage of the cleaning kit, batteries for a scope,etc. The pistol grip is an ERGO(USA), ambidextrous SURE GRIP model, with smooth finger groves, the superior texture finish on this grip provides for enhanced weapon control. We also utilize a USA manufactured, AK-74 style muzzle brake for better control in a rapid fire sequence. The rifle is checked for proper head spacing and is test fired. The semi-auto rifle meets or exceedes the Federal Regulations for USA parts compliance. Also included is a 30 round Bulgarian steel reinforced waffle magazine, along with an original Romanian sling, cleaning kit, oil bottle, instruction manual, and a hard shell case.
